Overview
We are seeking a Senior Service Now ITOM Developer to own enterprise CMDB governance, drive ITOM transformation, and deliver cross-functional technology programs s role sits at the intersection of IT infrastructure, security operations, and business systems requiring both deep platform expertise and strong executive stakeholder management.
ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end CMDB governance, lead CMDB maturity assessments, configure and optimize Service Now Discovery, ITOM Visibility, and Service Mapping, design and implement ITSM workflows and automation, and build custom applications and modules.
Why It Might Be a FitThis role requires a technical escalation point for complex platform issues, providing expert guidance on configuration, customization, and troubleshooting across all Service Now modules. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of enterprise Service Now experience, proven CMDB governance leadership, and hands‑on experience with Service Now integrations.
