Cloudwick modernizes how government works with data. Our firm belief is that fixing the underlying data is critical to every modernization effort. You have to get the data right first. Our product, Amorphic, provides a complete suite of tools to do exactly that, built by people with deep data and government expertise.

We're hiring a Deployment Strategist for our K12 education work, someone to own customer engagements end to end, from late-stage pre-sales through delivery and into adoption. You'll work across product, services, and sales to drive data modernization with state education agencies, regional service centers, and school districts.

Our approach is to help states get their core data usable and trustable, and then bring in the other signals that shape how a student does, like housing, mental health, and social services, so leaders can see and serve the whole student, not just what the classic systems capture.

You'll sit between our Business Development, Forward Deployed Engineering, and Product teams and carry the thread for the K12 customers you're assigned. You'll run the customer room at the working level, produce the work product yourself, and own the outcome. This is a senior, roll-up-your-sleeves role, not a coordinator and not a project manager.

• Own K12 engagements end to end across your assigned accounts, carrying context from late-stage pre-sales through delivery and into adoption
• Augment data and engineering expertise with K12 context and understanding, representing the needs of the customer even when they are not in the room
• Operate as the primary customer contact at the working level throughout an organization's many modernization projects
• Run customer conversations, workshops, and delivery reviews with senior education stakeholders: superintendents, state agency leaders, CIOs and CDOs, and program directors
• Produce first-draft customer-facing work product: engagement approaches, scopes of work, delivery plans, written recommendations
• Translate technical depth into decision-ready framing: take input from engineers, solution architects, and the agency's own technical staff and turn it into something education leaders can act on
• Hold a high bar for the quality of work product across the full team delivering to your customers
• Surface and drive expansion opportunities in partnership with the commercial relationship owner

Before the toolkit, three things are non-negotiable: mission, range, and heart. Mission means you're here because the work matters to you. Range means you have broad reach across many areas and a real instinct for getting good at new things fast, over genuine depth in at least one area we care about. Heart means you care about the people the work serves and about the outcome.
