Growth Leader – Advanced Analytics​/AI; Strong P&C Insurance Domain

We are seeking an experienced Growth Leader with a strong focus on Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Insurance Consulting, and business growth. This role is responsible for driving the expansion of analytics and AI services, developing strategic client relationships, and helping organizations unlock business value through data-driven insights and intelligent decision-making.

The Growth Leader will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, client executives, data scientists, and technology teams to identify opportunities, define innovative analytics solutions, and translate business challenges into scalable AI and analytics initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of consulting expertise, insurance domain knowledge, business development capabilities, and analytics leadership.

• Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities across the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance market through strategic client engagement, market research, and consultative solution development.
• Develop industry-specific Points of View (POVs), solution frameworks, and analytics blueprints that address critical business challenges across underwriting, claims, distribution, operations, and customer experience.
• Partner with account and client teams to expand existing relationships and increase the adoption of Advanced Analytics and AI solutions within strategic insurance accounts.
• Lead opportunity assessments, proposal development, RFP responses, executive presentations, and consultative discussions to support business growth and client success.
• Drive the successful transition of pilots and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) into enterprise-scale transformation programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to design innovative, practical, and scalable analytics and AI solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Develop reusable solution accelerators, intellectual property, and industry assets that accelerate delivery and strengthen the organization's analytics capabilities.
• Drive thought leadership through white papers, industry events, client presentations, and conference participation while staying ahead of emerging trends in AI, analytics, Insur Tech, and digital transformation.
