We're partnering with a leading global financial services organization to hire a Middleware Testing Lead for a high-impact enterprise modernization initiative supporting a core banking transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and status reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IT, and vendor partners
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure successful testing delivery
- Proven experience leading SIT/UAT for enterprise application implementations
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and defect management
- Excellent stakeholder communication and project coordination skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Banking or regulated industry experience preferred
- JIRA experience is a plus
- Japanese language skills are a bonus
Locations:
Mexico City, Jersey City, NJ, or Manhattan, NY. Occasional travel to Mexico City (every 2 months, 1–2 weeks).
