- Analyze, document, and support integrations between applications, systems, and platforms, with a focus on data movement, orchestration, and workflow execution.
- Define and document functional and technical requirements, including integration specifications, data mappings, and interface designs.
- Document and support multiple integration patterns, including:
- API-based integrations
- Batch and data loader file integrations
- Direct ODBC and database-driven integrations
- Point-to-point and middleware-based interfaces
- Serve as an analyst within the BPM ecosystem, supporting workflow design, process modeling, and system interaction across upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Develop a working understanding of orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow), including scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, and error handling.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into actionable technical designs for development teams.
- Partner with developers and QA teams to support integration testing, validate data flows, and confirm expected outcomes across environments.
- Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of integration and data issues in lower and production environments.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation including methodology documents, workflows, and issue logs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis and delivery practices.
- 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role, preferably within financial services, private banking, or investment management.
- Strong experience analyzing and documenting system integrations and end-to-end data flows.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration designs.
- Hands‑on experience or strong familiarity with APIs, file‑based integrations, relational databases, and SQL.
- Experience working in iterative or Agile development environments and supporting integration and SIT/UAT testing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proficiency with standard documentation and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira, qTest).
- Ability to learn new platforms, tools, and technologies quickly and apply them effectively.
- Experience with SEI platforms, including SEI SWP Accounting.
- Exposure to BPM tools and workflow‑driven systems.
- Familiarity with Airflow or similar orchestration and scheduling tools.
Estimated Min Rate: $52.50
Estimated Max Rate: $75.00
