Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for providing analytics across the TMC Commercial Excellence (Com Ex) team
- Design, develop, and maintain the Power BI platform
- Support business needs and decisions within commercial excellence
- Partner across the Contracts and Analytics team to assess needs, address process gaps, and help build efficiencies
- Create innovative reports, views, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Power BI
- Drive requirements gathering, developing KPIs, and metrics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance/Accounting or related fields and 5 years of experience in Business, Data Analytics or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
- 5 years experience in custom dashboarding design, implementation, and maintenance
- Experience with Power BI Dimensional Modeling, DAX and creating Visualizations
- Prior experience with Large and Complex data sources preferred
- Strong Data Validation Skills to ensure accuracy of reporting
- Prior experience partnering across multiple levels of an organization and cross functional teams to develop and implement analytical tools
- Prior experience in the medical device industry and/or pharmaceutical industry preferred
