Compliance Analyst
Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Compliance Analyst to support strategic Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives and ongoing BAU activities within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role blends business analysis, data analytics, and product management and will work closely with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and GRC vendor partners to deliver system implementations, support Compliance programs, and enable analytics, reporting, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities- UAT Planning & Test Design:
Design and author detailed UAT test cases and test scripts based on approved Compliance Analyst GRC Compliance Controls, CRA Testing & Data Mapping Support.
- 5-7+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, data analytics & reporting, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Experience supporting GRC, risk, compliance, regulatory, or audit programs is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Compliance programs (e.g., RCM, CRA, Controls, Monitoring & Testing).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA for user story creation, backlog management, and reporting.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with experience working with complex datasets and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Hands on experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) for dashboarding, reporting, and analytics.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for data analysis, smart data parsing, and generating new ideas.
- Solid technical aptitude, including experience working with data models, databases, and technology teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple work streams and manage competing priorities.
- Job Experience Level: 5-7+ (Mid-Level).
