Technology Manager – APS Lead, Global Corporate Security

Responsibilities

• Provide Application Production Support services for various Corporate Security applications
• Closely collaborate with global support teams as well as with development and business partners.
• Ensure risk, financial, and compliance polices and standards relevant to the role are met.
• Manage relationships with senior business and technology partners.
• Sets KPI's for the team to follow.
• Makes decisions about technology that will increase or deliver business values.
• Ability to identify solutions for complex problems in infrastructure and application technologies to improve production stability.
• Extensive experience with providing hands‑on production support
• Very good understanding of Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change Management life cycles
• Ability to lead teams through APSE transformation initiatives such as AI, Erica, Telemetry, SRE
• Hands‑on experience on a tool like Cutover is a big plus

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with strong proficiency in Python, Machine Learning/AI, Power Shell, SharePoint development, and Linux/Windows operating systems and Windows Tool set
• 3+ years of experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, including Remedy, Change Management, and Problem Management processes
• Working knowledge of SQL, Autosys, and query execution to support effective issue triage and root cause analysis
• Foundational understanding of vaulting, RISE deliverables, Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, and automation practices
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Dynatrace, Splunk, and Site Scope, for incident debugging and root cause analysis
• Strong expertise in log analysis and application performance troubleshooting
• Familiarity with key enterprise platforms such as CPT, ARM, Btconverge, My Technology, ART, AppviewX, and similar applications
• Proven leadership capability with the ability to drive team outcomes and maintain effective communication with CIO leadership, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Solid understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office toolset
• Experience in logging, monitoring, and end‑to‑end troubleshooting of application and infrastructure issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ownership mindset, with a high level of accountability and commitment to delivering results
• Proven ability to identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
