AmTrust Financial Services is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join the End User Services team in Jersey City. You will provide on-site and remote end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobility, and collaboration tools, while following security standards.
The role requires 2–3 years in IT Desktop Support, an Associate degree or equivalent, and familiarity with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Service Now. A+ certification is desirable; occasional after-hours work may be required.
