Vice President, Business Analyst – BNP Paribas RCC, Inc.

Location:

Jersey City, NJ. The role interacts daily with business units (sales, product, traders) and support functions (IT Business Analysts, Operations & Application Support).

• Daily interaction with business units and support functions.
• Oversee post‑trade processes – MO/BO flows.
• Manage IT projects and business analysis.
• Design software applications and architecture.
• Oversee margin and collateral management.
• Maintain technology background in software development, shell scripting, Unix.
• Manage fixed protocol and fix allocation flow; understand trading algorithms.
• Serve as Front Office Business Analyst with QA experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years of experience (or 12 years without a degree) in the role or a related role.
• 10 years of experience with post‑trade processes, MO/BO flows.
• 10 years of experience with IT project management, IT Business Analysis, software development lifecycle knowledge.
• Knowledge of listed derivatives, trading lifecycle, Oracle SQL development, client relationship management, and the clear system (UBIX).
• 9 years of experience with margin and collateral management.
• 8 years of experience in a technology background (software development, scripting, shell, Unix).
• 1 year of experience in fixed protocol, fix allocation flow, trading algorithms, and IT finance industry as Front Office Business Analyst with QA experience.

Telecommuting permitted up to 50% of time. Work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas RCC Inc. office in Jersey City, NJ.

Salary: $150,550 – $205,000 per year. Actual salary may vary based on factors such as experience level and location.
