SAP CLM Consultant

Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced SAP CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Consultant with a strong background in SAP S/4

HANA Enterprise Management – Sourcing & Procurement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Master Contracts Agreements (MAs) and Sub-agreements, as well as expertise in business requirements gathering, functional design, and contract repository management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage SAP CLM, ensuring seamless contract lifecycle processes.
• Work with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Enterprise Management – Sourcing & Procurement to optimize contract management workflows.
• Handle Master Contracts Agreements (MAs) and Sub-agreements effectively.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional design documents.
• Oversee contract creation, modifications, and repository management.
• Perform reporting and analysis, including report extraction into Excel.
• Utilize techno-functional skills to manage backend tables.
• Support data migration efforts for contracts (experience in this area is a plus).
• Work with SAP Ariba Contracts (knowledge in this area is a plus).
• Participate in at least 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of SAP CLM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management).
• 4-7 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Management – Sourcing & Procurement.
• Strong expertise in Master Contracts Agreements (MAs) and Sub-agreements.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Experience in contract creation, modification, and repository management.
• Proficiency in reporting, analysis, and data extraction into Excel.
• Strong techno-functional skills, including backend table management.
• Experience with contract data migration (preferred).
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba Contracts (preferred).
• SAP certification is a plus.
