We are seeking an on-shore, customer-facing TMS Implementation & Customer Success Consultant to lead site discovery, rollout readiness, client engagement, training, UAT coordination, go‑live support, and hypercare for Transportation Management System deployments. This role bridges transportation operations, client stakeholders, product teams, IT, support, and engineering. The ideal candidate understands logistics workflows and has practical knowledge of how TMS platforms interact with ERP systems such as Net Suite, telematics systems such as Samsara, mobile driver applications, and operational reporting platforms.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation operations, fleet operations, supply chain technology, TMS implementation, or transportation software consulting.
  • Hands‑on experience working with dispatchers, transportation managers, fleet teams, drivers, facility managers, or logistics operations teams.
  • Strong understanding of TMS concepts such as loads, transportation orders, routing, dispatch, driver and asset assignment, fleet visibility, operational exceptions, and site onboarding.
  • Ability to conduct structured discovery sessions, ask practical operating questions, document process gaps, and separate go‑live blockers from future enhancement opportunities.
  • Working knowledge of how TMS platforms integrate with ERP systems such as Net Suite and with adjacent systems such as telematics, ELD/fleet platforms, mobile apps, data feeds, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with business‑level integration concepts including APIs, ETL/data feeds, master data, user provisioning, identity/access dependencies, and operational data validation.
  • Excellent client‑facing communication, facilitation, documentation, training, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to travel for discovery, training, go‑live, and hypercare activities as required by rollout schedule.
