I. Job Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales Technical Support
Participate in product planning and North American market requirement analysis
Support the development of technical solutions tailored to the U.S. market
2. In-Sales Technical Support
Provide technical consultation to North American customers
Liaise with China-based R&D teams
Translate and review technical documents (ensure accuracy of HVAC terminology)
Communicate customized customer requirements to R&D
3. After-Sales Technical Support
Conduct on-site troubleshooting and failure analysis
Provide installation/disassembly guidance and technical resolution closure
4. Cross-Border Technical Bridge Role
Requirements
1. Basic Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Building Environment & Energy Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration, or related fields
Industry Background (Mandatory):
Must have HVAC/refrigeration experience (e.g., Midea, Gree, Haier, Hisense, Changhong,or multinational HVAC companies)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in FAE / technical support / after-sales technical roles
International Exposure:
Experience supporting overseas (U.S., Europe, or other regions) strongly preferred; no overseas
experience is a disqualifier
Age: ≤ 42 years old
Education Level: Full-time bachelor’s degree or above (985/211 not required)
2. Language Skills
Fluent Mandarin (required for daily coordination with China R&D teams)
Working-level English for technical communication, documentation, and customer support
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Ability to live and work independently in the United States
Familiarity with North American refrigerant standards and certification systems is a plus
Mainland China passport holders preferred (initial deployment via business visa)
Transition to L-1B visa for long-term assignment
Overseas Chinese candidates (Taiwan/Singapore/Malaysia) may be considered;
Mandarin proficiency required.
