10 is currently seeking a Project Manager
- Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.
This role oversees the delivery of business-focused projects by managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will support the client's growth by executing strategic projects in areas such as electronic algorithmic trading, risk management, and regulatory reporting within the Fixed Income Derivatives business. Experience with scaled Agile delivery is required.
Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Translate business requirements into actionable plans and coordinate with IT, operations, or other departments
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executives
- Ensure functional requirements are met through collaboration with subject matter experts and business analysts
- Oversee testing, training, and change management activities related to project rollout
- Execute strategic projects in areas such as electronic algorithmic trading, multi-dealer platforms, regulatory capital, market risk, counter party credit risk, XVA, trade capture and derivative trade lifecycle, margin and collateral, regulatory reporting, and more
- 10 years of experience managing functional or business-side projects
- Strong knowledge of the Fixed Income Derivatives business, including Interest Rate Derivatives, FX, and hedging & funding products (e.g. Repo, Options, Futures, Treasury)
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and functional system requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
- Experience with scaled Agile delivery
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Skills:
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred
Pay range up to: $77.32 per hour
