• Support strategic GRC initiatives and ongoing business-as-usual activities within a fast-paced financial environment
• Design and execute detailed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and scripts based on project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Risk, Technology, and vendor partners to support system implementations and operational readiness
• Perform comprehensive data analysis, validation, and reconciliation across various datasets to ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to facilitate data-driven decision-making

• 5–7+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or product management within financial services or banking
• Experience supporting GRC, risk, compliance, or audit programs is highly preferred
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools for reporting and analytics
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and reconciliations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across multiple teams and priorities
