Sapta Global Inc is seeking two experienced Workday HCM Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with a diverse group of professionals who are dedicated to delivering top‑tier solutions to our clients.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for Workday HCM implementation.
• Configure and deploy Workday HCM modules to meet the unique business requirements of each client.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices throughout the implementation process.
• Conduct testing, training, and user support to ensure successful system adoption.
• Analyze and troubleshoot HCM system issues to provide timely resolutions.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday enhancements and new features to continually improve the client experience.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and processes.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

• Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant, with a deep understanding of the Workday platform and its modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client needs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Workday certification is a plus.
