Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated System Administrator – Field Support & Implementation to join our IT team. This is a customer-facing role requiring frequent travel across provider offices and satellite locations. The successful candidate will lead onsite implementations, provide technical support, and act as the liaison between provider offices and the hospital's desktop, telecommunications, networking, security, and infrastructure teams. Approximately 70% travel is required.
A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory; mileage reimbursement is provided
Key Responsibiliti
- esLead onsite IT implementations, hardware deployments, and technology rollout
- s.Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and peripheral
- s.Provide onsite support to physicians, office managers, and clinical staf
- f.Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network connectivity issue
- s.Coordinate with Desktop, Networking, Telecommunications, Infrastructure, and Security team
- s.Support Windows administration, user accounts, patching, and endpoint managemen
- t.Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and implementation record
- s.Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and HIPAA requirement
Required Qualificati

Experience with onsite rollouts and multi-site implementatio - ns.
Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP knowled - ng.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skil - ls.
Healthcare IT experience preferr
