Capgemini is seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst in Jersey City to bridge business needs with data engineering and data warehousing initiatives. You will collaborate with data engineers, architects, and IT stakeholders to define requirements, data flows, KPIs, and success criteria.
You will participate in ETL/ELT development, data quality, governance, and UAT while supporting dashboards and reporting with BI tools. Onsite/hybrid from Day 1, in a diverse Capgemini environment.
