Location:

Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)

• Lead System Analyst on PEGA implementations with strong experience.
• Hands‑on expertise in PEGA Case Management (Flows, Flow Actions, UI rules), Data Pages, Decision Tables, and Reports.
• Translate business requirements into PEGA‑ready functional designs.
• Lead the team and make architectural decisions independently.
• Deep knowledge of PEGA Platform (PRPC 7.x / 8.x / Infinity), PEGA Guardrails, and implementation best practices.
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP and external systems). Familiarity with PEGA UI modernization/upgrades is a plus.
• Strong understanding of BPM, workflow automation, and case lifecycle.
• Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services preferred; knowledge of regulatory/compliance considerations is a plus.

Base salary range: $106,230 to $145,000 (conditional on location and qualifications).
