NTT DATA Services is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Consultant
- Core Banking to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Specialist with strong expertise in T24 / core banking systems operating within a Windows Server environment. The ideal candidate will support infrastructure operations, system testing, incident management, and operational flow design for mission-critical banking applications.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills in English Experience designing and managing operational flows and batch processing workflows Familiarity with operational processes, runbooks, and support methodologies Ability to work across infrastructure, application, and business teams Experience with monitoring and scheduling tools
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, production support, or system operations within Windows Server environments 3+ years of experience supporting core banking systems (T24 preferred) 3+ years of experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in production environments 3+ years of experience supporting system testing, release activities, and operational readiness Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Banking or financial services industry experience Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and scheduling tools Experience working in high-availability production environments Ability to coordinate with offshore/onshore teams
