Title:
SailPoint ISC & OIM Support Engineer
Duration: 10 Exchange Place, Jersey City, NJ 07302(3-4 days a week Hybrid)
Salary Range: $50- $55 an hour on W2 /C2C
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Fix production errors| rule failures| and provisioning issues in OIM and SailPoint ISC.Identity Management:
Maintain connectors| provisioning rules| and identity data flows.
Application Offboarding:
Safely disconnect and offboard target applications from Oracle Identity Manager| revoking related access policies| entitlements| and connector configurations.
Bulk Operations & Fixes:
Execute mass user data updates| account modifications| and error remediations across target systems.
API Integration & Scripting:
Leverage OIM Java/REST APIs (User Manager| Role Manager| OIMService) to automate fixes| data reconciliation| and bulk status changes.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Resolve L2/L3 production incidents| analyze diagnostic logs| and patch provisioning failures.

Skills:
Role: ISC + OIM Support (1 position)
Overview Specialist engineer with dual expertise in SailPoint ISC and OIM to support application offboarding in OIM. Has experience in tasks to execute bulk data corrections| and enhance/run API scripts for identity lifecycle maintenance. Able to support migration activities to SailPoint ISC.

1. 1. 5+ years total IT / IAM experience
2. 2+ years hands-on IGA implementation (SailPoint Identity IQ or ISC)

Experience with JDBC, Web Service, and flat-file connectors
5. Experience supporting Oracle Identity Manager (OIM/OIG) environments.
6. Hands-on production support experience with SailPoint ISC (Identity Now).
7. Understanding of user provisioning, reconciliation, and identity life cycles
