The Senior Technical Lead in SharePoint framework and SharePoint is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects related to SharePoint implementation projects. They will be tasked with leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of SharePoint solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on SharePoint framework to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SharePoint framework and SharePoint to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

• Proficiency in SharePoint framework including SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
• Strong experience in developing custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint framework (SPFX) and SharePoint Designer.
• In-depth understanding of SharePoint architecture, web parts, site collections, and content types.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug SharePoint applications for optimal performance.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong leadership skills to lead a team of developers and drive project success.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification is preferred.
