As a Technology Support team member in the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. You will encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot, maintain, identify, elevate, and resolve production issues interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems, leading to a seamless stakeholders experience.

• Provide end-to-end application and infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations of the firm.
• Support the day-to-day maintenance of the firm's systems to ensure operational stability and availability.
• Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues using standard observability tools.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to speed up incident triage and trend analysis from operational signals, validating outputs and handling operational data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
• Apply reuse-first, AI-assisted practices within incident/problem/change routines to identify recurring interruption patterns and support validated remediation actions aligned to resiliency and security expectations.
• Identify issues for escalation and communication, and provide solutions to business and technology stakeholders.
• Analyze complex situations and trends to anticipate and solve incident, problem, and change management across full-stack technology systems, applications, and infrastructure.

• B.S. in Computer Science with focus in AI.
• Experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
• Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale environment, on-premises and multi cloud (
  AWS EC2, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk and/or GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting and programming (
  Python, Java, React, JavaScript) and database systems (
  SQL/MySQL
  ).
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools like S
  plunk/Grafana.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support production workflows, with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted incident recommendations before action, escalating when uncertain.
• Exposure to various framework processes like ITIL.

• Experience in monitoring production environments and performing root-cause analysis and debugging on production application defects.
• Hands‑on experience providing technology/production support using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities — e.g., AI-assisted incident triage, trend analysis, run‑book retrieval, and validated remediation, with strong output‑validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Experience with general-purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting.
• Working understanding of multi public cloud; exposure to AWS Cloud.
• AWS Amplify, GCP Cloud Run / Compute Engine / Cloud SQL, full-stack development, AI-driven tool development, API integration experience
