We are seeking an experienced and AI-fluent seasoned life sciences professional to take end-to-end ownership of designing and building data architecture and data products for our client. In this role, you will lead the development of an AI-ready data analytics ecosystem, drive business solutions at the intersection of data and complex processes, and play a critical role in expanding our footprint by cultivating strong client relationships and identifying new adjacencies.

• Architectural Leadership:
  Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of data architecture and innovative data products tailored to therapeutic areas.
• AI & Engineering Innovation:
  Leverage AI fluency and advanced engineering tools to build "Art of the Possible" MVPs that solve critical business problems.
• Solution Delivery:
  Utilize "Vibe Coding" and Vibe Engineering tools to streamline development and analytics.
• Business Partnership:
  Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders within Life Sciences Commercial Sales & Marketing.
• Relationship Management:
  Manage and expand client relationships, identifying business opportunities to grow the account.
• Team Leadership:
  Oversee delivery for a significantly large team spanning both onsite and offshore resources.
