- Champion a collaborative culture across development, operations, and security for secure internal tooling & automation applications
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team applying advanced Dev Sec Ops , agentic AI techniques, and Git Ops methodologies
- Optimize workflows using Agile tools for planning, tracking, version control, and collaboration
- Design, standardize, and oversee Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Manage container and package registries to push Docker images, npm packages, and application dependencies
- Embed "secure-by-design" principles into the development lifecycle
- Establish real-time monitoring, logging, and analytics to track KPIs
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles for managing system configurations
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Eight or more years of relevant experience required
- Six or more years of experience in IT and managing telecommunications solutions
- Six or more years of experience in a customer facing leadership role with accountability for end to end delivery
- Five or more years of architecture experience in IT and/or telecom based products and services
- Five or more years of experience delivering customer presentations and preparing customer-facing material
- Knowledge of TOGAF and/or ITIL standards for architecture and delivery
- Financial analysis experience (P&L, ROI, cost analysis, business case development)
- AI Tools customer experience within contact centers
Demonstrates expertise in Dev Sec Ops methodologies, CI/CD pipeline design, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles while fostering collaboration across development, operations, and security teams. Proven ability to lead customer-facing initiatives and deliver impactful presentations, supported by strong financial analysis skills.
