Senior Manager, Digital Media Advertising Operations

• Own Verizon's site tag and CAPI strategy and implementation
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of website pixels and tags, including requirements gathering, resourcing, troubleshooting, and QA
• Kick off new integrations and enhance existing integrations
• Optimize site tagging and CAPI infrastructure for Verizon's needs
• Partner with Verizon Privacy and Legal to ensure compliance with governance standards
• Work with technical data teams to establish integrations meeting Verizon and partner requirements
• Collaborate with Sourcing to ensure negotiated contract terms cover specific use cases and terms
• Provide technical guidance to digital media leaders so site tagging and CAPI setup align with campaign KPIs, leadership expectations, and business goals
• Report to the Associate Director of Adtech

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training
• Hands-on experience with Tag Management Systems such as Tealium, Adobe, or Google Tag Manager
• Experience deploying media tracking through tagging and Online CAPI
• Hands-on experience with data onboarding platforms such as Live Ramp or Epsilon
• Experience implementing Offline CAPI integrations across digital media platforms
• Technical understanding of hashing, PII protection, and data sharing methods such as SFTP and APIs
• Familiarity with Legal and Privacy regulations and their impact on data sharing
• Familiarity with contract negotiations involving scopes of work and data processing terms
• Experience querying data warehouses such as Big Query
• Hands-on experience with media buying platforms across Display, Video, Social, and Search, such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Google Ads, Tik Tok, and Meta
• Hands-on experience with ad servers such as CM360 and Innovid
• Familiarity with Legal and Privacy regulations within the telecom industry
• Fluency in project management systems such as Workfront, Asana, or Jira

Demonstrates expertise in site tagging and CAPI strategy implementation, ensuring compliance with legal and privacy regulations while optimizing integrations for digital media campaigns. Proficient in managing technical data requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
