- Act as a servant leader for Agile teams working on GenAI solutions in the P&C insurance domain
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Identify and remove roadblocks to optimize team performance
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the insurance domain
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Property & Casualty insurance projects
- Proven track record of managing technical projects and leading Agile teams
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Dev Ops practices, and release management
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Experience in the Insurance Industry very strongly preferred
- Gen AI experience preferred
- Advanced certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of Dev Ops, Git Hub, Rally, non-prod and prod environments preferred
- Hands-on experience with Dev Ops tools and practices preferred
Demonstrates expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, with a strong focus on facilitating team collaboration and optimizing performance in the Property & Casualty insurance domain. Holds relevant certifications and possesses hands-on experience with Agile and Dev Ops tools.
