HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Mainframe-Production support to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Key Responsibilities- Experience in Mainframe production support.
- Need to have knowledge on production support process and tools (Service now or similar ITSM tool, Batch process, Incident & Problem management, Change and release deployments)
- IBM Mainframe: COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS
- Incident & Problem Management
- Batch Operations & Job Management, Change, Release, and Deployment Support & Client Coordination & Stakeholder Communication
- Tools & Utilities:
File-AID, SPUFI, Changeman, ISPF, Abend-AID, SORT utilities. - Ticketing & Monitoring:
Service Now, Jira, or similar ITSM tools
Pay Range Minimum: $116000 /Annual
Pay Range Maximum: $167000 / Annual
