Pay Range: $63 - $68/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Key Skills: Production Support, Splunk, Dynatrace
• 5+ years of Production Support experience.
• Strong SQL Knowledge.
• Strong UNIX / LINUX knowledge.
• Strong Python knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring packages - ITRS, Splunk, Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Working knowledge of ITIL.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-regional team.
