App Dev & Support Services Engineer II

Role Summary

We are seeking a Dev Ops Support Engineer with strong experience in production support, Kubernetes, application servers, databases, Linux, monitoring, automation, and cloud technologies. The engineer will support business-critical applications and infrastructure, troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive automation and reliability improvements.

The role also emphasizes Generative AI and AIOps
, using AI tools to accelerate incident triage, log analysis, RCA, scripting, documentation, anomaly detection, and proactive monitoring.

• 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Production Support, SRE, or Application Operations
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Linux
• Experience supporting Apache Tomcat and Java applications
• Working knowledge of MySQL and/or Oracle
• Strong Python/Bash scripting and automation skills
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
  , or similar monitoring platforms
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or OCI
• Knowledge of CI/CD
  , preferably Jenkins or Git Hub Actions
• Experience with Terraform/Ansible is preferred
• Hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Git Hub Copilot, or similar GenAI tools for troubleshooting, automation, scripting, and documentation
• Understanding of AIOps, intelligent alerting, anomaly detection, automated RCA, and incident correlation
• Strong production incident management and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24x7 production-support environment

• Kubernetes CKA/CKAD
• Cloud certification
• AI/ML certification
• Experience with AI APIs, embeddings, or vector databases
• Experience implementing AI-assisted operational workflows
