Primary escalation for all Treasury incidents during business hours. Key liaison with Treasury business users and external counter parties. Proximity to IDB NYC office.
Should be hands-on experience in L2 support .Initial responsibility would be to take transition on existing systems and gradually start providing L2 support for all the Treasury(Spetrum treasury system) and investment systems (other systems mentioned in below skills section). Managing multiple Spectrum hotfix releases/month (UAT + production). Intellimatch app manager responsibilities absorbed after previous manager retired. Spectrum version upgrade.
