Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Client Connectivity Technology Business Analyst to join a hybrid team in Jersey City, NJ or Dallas, TX. You will focus on the technical side of client connectivity, document workflows, and identify automation opportunities within an Agile environment.
You will partner with product and engineering teams, translate needs into backlog items in Jira, and use Service Now to track ticketing and process gaps while driving improvements to reduce cycle time.
