** Role Overview This position supports a portfolio of application management, infrastructure, compliance, and operational initiatives across multiple applications. The role involves coordinating application management, infrastructure onboarding, compliance activities, project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up for various technology initiatives. The expected outcome is coordinated execution, accurate reporting, timely delivery, and the successful completion of required activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Review and coordinate incoming compliance, security, and infrastructure requests.
* Track projects, milestones, risks, and action items.
* Gather updates and maintain leadership reporting.
* Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-up activities.
* Support infrastructure onboarding and application management efforts.
* Engage with internal technology and support organizations, including Application Managers, Development Teams, Support Teams, Infrastructure Partners, Architecture Teams, Project Managers, and Risk & Compliance Teams.

Required Qualifications
** Technical

Skills:

*** Experience with technology operations or project coordination.
* Proficiency in Excel for reporting and tracking.
* Familiarity with tools such as Service Now, Remedy, or JIRA.
* Experience with project planning, documentation, and status reporting.
*
* Soft Skills:

*** Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution discipline.
* A self-starter and quick learner who can manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role within a large enterprise environment.
* Experience with application management.
* Background in Quality Assurance.
* Experience with risk, compliance, or governance activities.
