Technical Test Manager

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $45.00hr - $50.00hr Requirement/Must Have:
Strong Commercial Insurance domain knowledge. Broad expertise across Testing Process and Governance. Broad expertise across Test Automation. Broad expertise across Test Data Management. Broad expertise across Test Environment Management. Broad expertise across Performance Testing. Broad expertise across Shift Left Testing Practices. Experience working in Agile and SAFe environments. Strong communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills. Experience defining and presenting testing metrics, dashboards, and status reports.

Ability to leverage AI tools to improve quality engineering productivity and efficiency. Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach. Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end test planning, governance, and execution across multiple work streams and applications. Establish and oversee testing processes, standards, metrics, and quality controls. Manage and coordinate testing activities including functional, automation, performance, security, and integration testing. Drive adoption of shift-left testing practices and quality engineering principles. Oversee test data management and test environment management strategies. Collaborate with business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Track and report quality metrics, KPIs, risks, and testing progress through dashboards and executive presentations. Leverage AI-driven tools and solutions to improve testing productivity, efficiency, and coverage. Support Agile/SAFe delivery teams by ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. Nice to Have:
Experience leading testing programs within Property and Casualty (P&C) or Commercial Insurance organizations. Experience managing large-scale enterprise testing initiatives and distributed teams. Relevant certifications in Agile, SAFe, Quality Assurance, or Test Management.
