Data Coordinator

Temporary / Leave Replacement | Anticipated for 12 months

Tenafly, NJ area

Monday - Friday | 8am to 5pm (1 day remote)

* Pay rate is dependent upon experience**

Our client is seeking a Data Coordinator to support its Business Analytics team during a 12-month leave replacement. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and consolidating data, preparing reports for management, and providing data support to various business units, including Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Consolidate data and prepare reports for management review.
• Support Business Analytics with reporting and administrative tasks.
• Provide data documentation for Accounting.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and reports using Excel.

Qualifications:

• Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar experience in an analytics role.
• Advanced Excel skills are required, including:
• • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUPs & HLOOKUPs
  • Formulas and functions
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
