Cloud and Container Tech Delivery Lead

• Maximize the value of one or more products
• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and align priorities with product owners and specialists
• Ensure delivery of products meeting client expectations for features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines, and costs
• Work across Engineering organizations within Application Production Services & Engineering on cloud and container strategies
• Collect, normalize, and publish key metrics for senior management
• Mature reporting from current-state visibility to optimization and communicate findings to senior leadership and CIO partners
• Develop and maintain project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures
• Manage milestones, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
• Facilitate technical discussions and resolve delivery blockers
• Collaborate with technical staff and multiple teams
• Generate program vision and roadmap based on customer requirements, trends, regulations, and strategic direction
• Communicate program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners, and teams
• Oversee product budgets with finance partners
• Define business capabilities and align them to products
• Ensure product availability with demand and capacity teammates
• Develop business cases for new products and existing-product features
• Partner with product owners and teams to maximize technology value and apply business and industry expertise

• Proven ability to manage and facilitate multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously
• Strong experience maintaining detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to work with diverse technical, operational, and business partners
• Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering complex project deliverables involving multiple teams
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to communicate objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, and ensure compliance
• Stakeholder identification and relationship-building skills
• Experience facilitating regular progress meetings
• Ability to facilitate cross-organizational sync points
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior leaders
• Ability to analyze and manipulate high volumes of technology data
