Senior Systems Technical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and support application, system, and platform integrations.
• Define technical requirements, interface specifications, data mappings, and workflows.
• Support integration patterns including APIs, batch/file interfaces, database integrations, and middleware solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Support BPM workflows, process modeling, and system dependencies.
• Assist with integration testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation, workflows, and issue tracking.
• Contribute to process improvements and delivery enhancements.

• 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Integration Analyst.
• Strong experience with system integrations, data flows, and technical documentation.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, relational databases, and file-based integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery, SIT/UAT testing, and production issue resolution.
• Strong communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, qTest, and Microsoft Office.

• Financial services, investment management, or banking experience.
• Experience with BPM platforms and workflow solutions.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow.
• Experience with SEI platforms is a plus.
