Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Desktop Support Engineer to serve our New Jersey and New York offices. You will respond to IT requests across Slack, ticketing systems, and in-person channels, delivering high-quality on-site and remote support.
You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS, manage endpoints with JAMF and Intune, handle user life cycles, and support Zoom Rooms and hybrid meeting infrastructure. The role requires strong communication and teamwork across time zones.
