• Assist in the design and deployment of CTI Database Platform services aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions, including Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks
• Enable highly complex implementations through automation and reusable deployment patterns
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve service reliability, resiliency, and efficiency
• Promote Dev Ops best practices, automation‑first thinking, and continuous improvement
• Understand and implement database lifecycle management actions into PaaS IaC pipelines

• 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, supporting enterprise‑scale platforms and services
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code technologies
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing Ansible playbooks and automation
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD tool chains including Git (Bitbucket preferred), Jenkins, and Ansible Tower
• 2+ years of experience working within a Dev Ops culture and practices
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tooling
• Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting

• Knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Experience with container technologies
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Red Hat Open Shift
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Architect experience with data platforms such as:
  Redis MongoDB Single Store Cockroach DB

Pay range $ - $ annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
