Fuge Technologies is seeking an Service Now Developer to support IT operations management initiatives for our client, MUFG Bank. The selected candidate will analyze, configure, and improve Service Now CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and integration solutions that support the bank's infrastructure operations. This position is suited to candidates early in their careers who have foundational Service Now and systems analysis experience.

Job Duties
  • Analyze IT operations and workflows to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
  • Gather and document functional and technical requirements from stakeholders and infrastructure teams.
  • Assess technology environments and recommend Service Now solutions aligned with CSDM standards.
  • Study enterprise applications and data flows to identify system limitations and enhancement opportunities.
  • Prepare functional specifications, technical design documents, and workflow diagrams.
  • Evaluate the feasibility, cost, and impact of proposed system enhancements.
  • Analyze configuration management processes and recommend ITIL-aligned improvements.
  • Configure and customize Service Now CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping applications.
  • Develop CMDB data models, CI classes, relationships, and attributes.
  • Improve CMDB data quality through IRE rules, health dashboards, and cleansing scripts.
  • Develop automated discovery processes for cloud, virtual, and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Analyze discovery results to resolve scan failures, gaps, and classification issues.
  • Design REST and SOAP API integrations between Service Now and enterprise applications.
  • Develop data imports, transform maps, and scheduled synchronization jobs.
  • Assess system performance and optimize scripts, queries, and scheduled jobs.
  • Perform impact analysis on system changes, upgrades, and deployments.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics tools for operational visibility.
  • Support teams in applying Service Now best practices and development standards.
  • Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and user procedures.
  • Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
