Location(s): NJ, NY
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
What you have- Portable book of business, preferably at least $250k
- At least 9 years of experience as a trademark attorney that includes searching, clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing
- Active license to practice law
- Oversee domestic and foreign trademark matters
- Trademark and brand clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing including preparation of OA responses, use affidavits, maintenance and renewal filings, cease and desist letters, and brand counseling
- Work on TTAB matters and district court litigation
- Provide due diligence assessments and prepare assignments, security agreements, and releases as needed
