A highly regarded full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Commercial Litigation group, with a concentration in construction litigation. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven attorney to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters within a collaborative and supportive environment. The team handles complex commercial disputes with a particular emphasis on construction-related litigation, representing contractors, developers, design professionals, and other industry participants.

This role offers meaningful responsibility, hands‑on case management, and the chance to work closely with accomplished litigators on challenging and impactful matters.
Responsibilities- Manage complex commercial disputes with a focus on construction-related litigation.
- Represent contractors, developers, design professionals, and other industry participants.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff.
- Take ownership of cases and engage in meaningful client interaction.
- 4–8 years of commercial litigation experience, including demonstrated experience in construction litigation.
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required).
- Admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar (a plus).
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with attorneys and staff.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $155,000 – $195,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including years of relevant experience, education, certifications, and professional licenses held.
