Senior Director, Global Supply Chain

Summary

The Senior Director of Supply Chain will lead and optimize end-to-end global supply chain operations, including demand planning, production and material planning, inventory management, logistics, and item master management. This role drives supply chain strategy to improve efficiency, reduce costs, ensure compliance, and support growth while championing continuous improvement and system enhancements.

• Direct daily supply chain operations to ensure efficient product flow and on-time delivery.
• Monitor and report supply chain KPIs, manage and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives across logistics, warehousing, and procurement in partnership with Purchasing and Finance.
• Lead demand forecasting and develop global supply plans aligned with production and inventory targets.
• Oversee material and production planning with contract manufacturers and manage inventory to balance service and cost.
• Supervise global freight, warehousing, customs operations, and ensure international trade compliance.
• Maintain accurate master data in the ERP, support ERP implementation, and leverage systems to optimize processes.
• Lead, hire, and develop the supply chain team and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

• 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a management role, preferably in cosmetics or consumer goods.
• Broad knowledge from component procurement to distribution and experience managing 3PLs and contract manufacturers.
• Proven track record driving process improvements and cost efficiencies and strong analytical skills.
• Advanced hands‑on experience with ERP and MRP systems (e.g., Microsoft AX, SAP Public Cloud).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills; ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Master's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred.
