We are a global importer and manufacturer sourcing products from China, India, and Europe. We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage international shipments and ensure goods move efficiently from suppliers to their destination.

Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact between vendors, purchasing teams, and freight forwarders.

Coordinate and consolidate international shipments to optimize cost and timing.

Book containers and manage shipment schedules.

Track shipments from departure to arrival and resolve any delays or issues.

Prepare and maintain import/export documentation.

Ensure compliance with customs and international trade requirements.

Communicate shipment updates to internal teams and partners.

Maintain accurate shipment records and use logistics software to monitor progress.

Qualifications1+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Understanding of international shipping and customs processes.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
