Haleon in Warren, NJ is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to align our supply chains with the business and drive collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. You will own demand forecasting, S&OP and IBP processes, and ensure KPI delivery across a complex network.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIFS) and proficient Power BI usage.
