Stack Creamery is looking for enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to join our team. Whether you’re scooping behind the counter, delivering supplies, or serving at events, you’ll help create the joyful experiences our guests expect and love.

• Transport ingredients, supplies, and equipment between store locations safely and efficiently
• Maintain delivery vehicles in good condition and report any issues promptly
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies using proper lifting techniques
• Represent Stack Creamery at catering events with a professional and friendly attitude
• Set up and break down event spaces as needed
• Serve menu items while upholding high standards of quality and service
• Collaborate with event organizers and internal team members to ensure smooth execution

• Prepare and serve ice cream, cookie dough, and fresh-baked cookies to company standards
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Assist guests with product selections and purchases
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and follow opening/closing procedures
• Work collaboratively with co-workers, shift leaders, and management

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Great communication and time management skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional events
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred for delivery/event roles
