This Center Manager role is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of our retail location. The Center Manager will open and close the center, manage productivity, ensure world‑class customer service, monitor cost control, and provide weekly and monthly reports to the franchise owner. The Center Manager is ultimately accountable for profit/loss, continuous improvement, service delivery levels, personnel management, and business development.
Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Responsibilities- Perform personnel management, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates.
- Schedule work assignments and facilitate weekly or monthly staff meetings.
- Monitor, evaluate, and maximize customer service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Implement the store marketing program.
- Manage Center financials and provide reporting.
- Manage inventory.
- Oversee Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong sales skills and sales training ability to lead and motivate team of associates.
- Effectively cover/staff call‑outs as they arise.
- Lead weekly training topics.
- Handle first‑of‑the‑month reporting.
- Attend management and staff meetings/training seminars.
- Post‑high school education (college coursework or degree).
- Two years of retail store operations experience.
- Strong supervisory/managerial/leadership skills.
- Excellent computer/internet/software knowledge.
- Physical ability to perform job tasks (lifting, bending, etc.).
- Dynamic personality, ability to motivate a team.
- Previous store management experience, including personnel and financial management.
- P&L experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
- Outstanding phone skills.
- Willing to accept full accountability for Center operations.
