Food Safety & Quality Manager
We’re supporting a rapidly growing food manufacturer in Middlesex County, NJ, in hiring a Food Safety & Quality Manager to lead and elevate their plant Quality & Sanitation teams.
This is a great fit for someone who excels in fast‑growth environments, enjoys developing people, and can drive a strong food safety culture on the floor.

- Highly visible leadership role reporting to the Managing Director/Plant Manager
- Opportunity to turn around and develop an experienced team
- Works with major retailers like Walmart, Costco, and Trader Joe's
- Quality and sanitation team of 10+
- A two shift, 24/5 facility
- Oversight of allergen programs, COA management, raw ingredient receiving, and 12 production lines
- 4+ years of quality experience in food manufacturing (SQF/FDA‑regulated facility)
- Strong HACCP skills; experience with gluten‑free, non‑GMO, and allergen programs
- Ability to coach, build, and elevate a team —
turnaround leadership is key - Base up to $130k + bonus
- Relocation considered for standout candidates
- Open for a US Citizen or green card holder
