We are seeking a vSphere Systems Engineer responsible for scheduling, coordinating, implementing, and troubleshooting VM migrations in a large-scale production VMware-based cloud service on HP and Dell server hardware. This position may require weekend and evening work. The role involves working in a high-pressure environment where timely delivery is critical.

• Schedule, coordinate, and implement VM migrations.
• Troubleshoot VM migration issues in a large-scale production environment.
• Support and troubleshoot VMware vSphere 7.x and 8.x.
• Execute technical strategy and follow technical procedures.
• Plan and implement large technical projects.
• Communicate and work with global teams within a large organization.

• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting VMware vSphere 7.x and 8.x beyond VM support.
• Experience in executing technical strategy and planning large technical projects.
• Experience with security and authentication of VMware and hardware interfaces.
• Experience working within an ITIL Framework.
• Experience supporting HCX.

• Strong networking and infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting ability.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
