Assemblers

Location:

Riverdale, NJ

Pay Rate: $18-$19/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (Voluntary Saturdays)

Shifts:

1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

• Required:
  
  Experience assembling metal parts

2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 11:00 PM)

• Required:
  
  Experience assembling electrical parts

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble components into finished goods using engineering drawings and instructions
• Use basic tools and fixtures efficiently and accurately
• Maintain precise counts and log work in order control systems
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace
• Perform tasks such as testing, engraving, and packaging as needed
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Lift up to 15 lbs frequently, up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Regular use of hands, tools, and close visual focus
• Exposure to moderate noise and mechanical equipment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills (measuring, calculator use)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable using a computer tablet
• Preferred: 2+ years of manufacturing assembly experience
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, communication)
